By accessing or using the OCHI Restaurant Management System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

OCHI provides a restaurant management system that includes order management, delivery tracking, and other features for restaurant owners. We offer a free first year of service, after which an annual fee applies to continue using the service.

Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Payment Terms

Your first year of service is free. After the free period, the annual fee is $150 (or equivalent in your local currency). Payment is due at the beginning of each annual period to continue using the service. All fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our system
• Transmit viruses or harmful code

Intellectual Property

Our service and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and other intellectual property may not be used without our prior written consent.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of the data you input into our system. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.
