OCHI started with a simple frustration: restaurants were handing a fifth of every order to delivery apps and stitching together separate tools for the till, the kitchen, online orders and loyalty — none of which talked to each other.
So KAINCHI SARL set out to build one complete, honest platform any restaurant could turn on in a day, in its own language, with zero commission. We started with restaurants here in Morocco — and built OCHI for restaurants everywhere.
