No. Not on any plan, not on any order. The customer pays the menu price; you receive the menu price. The monthly plan fee is the only thing OCHI charges.
No setup fees. No mandatory hardware. If you want a printer, tablet stand, or QR table tents, we can ship them at cost — but nothing is required to start.
Yes. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel from your dashboard, no phone call required. We will export your customer data and order history before you go.
No. OCHI runs in any modern browser. If you want a dedicated POS or kitchen screen, an Android tablet works. We do not lock you into proprietary devices.
Cash on delivery, card payments through standard Moroccan gateways, and major mobile money options. Payment processing fees go directly to the processor — OCHI does not add a margin.
All plans include support in Arabic, French, and English. Growth and Multi-Branch include priority response. Multi-Branch adds a dedicated launch manager for your first 30 days.
You do. Customers who order through your branded OCHI page are your customers — names, phones, order history. You can export everything to CSV at any time.
Plan prices exclude Moroccan VAT. Your menu prices and customer receipts are configured in your dashboard to match your tax registration.
