“We were leaving 25% of every delivery order on the table. In two months that money was back in the kitchen — paying for a second cook, not someone else's marketing.”

Dar Tajine had been on a third-party delivery app for three years. Orders were steady, but every weekend the same thing happened: a busy night ended with a payout that did not match the energy in the kitchen.
The commission was the obvious problem. Less obvious was the menu markup the platform quietly added to keep its take rate hidden — customers were paying more than the menu, but it was not landing in the till.
The switch took a single afternoon. The OCHI team imported the menu from a PDF, set up the branded page, and ran the first test order before evening service.
Within sixty days, net revenue from delivery was up 18% — even with the same number of orders. The difference was the commission no longer being deducted, and customers paying the actual menu price, which Dar Tajine kept in full.
Yassine has not done a single ad campaign. Repeat customers, the kind he already had, simply ordered through the new page once and stayed.
